7 WAYS TO
WITH A SUNDAY SUPPER
Slow down your Sunday by making breakfast to start the day. This means putting on jazz or fun music and everyone pitching in to make the meal along with setting the table.
1
Have the Plan Not to Make Plans. It feels freeing to not have plans for the day and have the ability to do whatever we feel like in the moment.
2
Have Down Time. It's nice to have the space to have down time on Sundays if we need it. Sometimes we all want a nap or to spend the day truly relaxing.
3
Slow down by making a fun dinner together. We've gone as simple as a charcuterie board. The point is to make it something fun, something you wouldn’t normally make every other day of the week.

5
Have everyone gather together early in the evening to slow down and have a peaceful relaxing evening with no specific pace to follow. We also like to wrap things up earlier on Sundays.
6
Dark for dinner. We encourage no phones and eat by candle light to slow down the pace of everyday life. This has been a great way to disconnect from the distraction of technology be present.
7
Make it a long dinner. We take our time eating then sit back for a while before moving onto dessert. Once our food has settled, I start getting out the dessert to top off the evening.
