SLOW Roasted tomato soup recipe

1. Use fresh Heirloom tomatoes for the freshest, richest tomato soup taste.

USE FRESH TOMATOES

2. Drizzle the seeded & quartered tomatoes, onions, and whole garlic clove with olive oil.

DRIZZLE OLIVE OIL

3. Sprinkle the tomato & onion mix with coarse kosher salt and freshly ground pepper.

SPRINKLE WITH SALT & PEPPER

5. Roast the tomato & onion mix until it's roasted and crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool 15 minutes.

ROAST IN THE OVEN

6. Use an immersion blender or a Vitamix to blend the tomatoes down into a soup with vegetable broth.
